The location was good. The breakfast was not great, we usually skipped it.

A magnetic sign on the fridge in our room said "lite housekeeping" was available on request (to make up the bed, take out trash, clean bathroom). We requested it and NEVER received it. Were told at the desk that it wasn't provided.

These are not hotel rooms, they are apartments! The rooms are huge! We stayed in a two queen room. There were two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each! and the living room had a sleeper sofa. The room is huge. it really needed more furniture because it looked empty. The kitchen area was very nice and spacious as well as the bathroom. We know where we are staying the next time we are in town! There are 3 tvs in the room we had. One of the remotes was missing so as not to be charged for a remote, my wife went down to the front desk and they apologized saying sometimes the maids get them wrapped up in bedding and gave her a different remote. Not long after the manager came to the room to make sure everything was working properly. Much appreciated!

I booked two nights  The TV didn’t work for the two nights that I stayed there.  The TV was working when I checked there when I went out for dinner and came back it was not working.  I called the front desk. They came up and it still did not work.

I've asked last several times to be away from highway noise and it didn't happen.

Just the company I had otherwise nothing about the hotel was worth it

The staff were a bunch of idiots. They ran my card and it showed approved on my end and also showed as a pending transaction in my account, but tried to tell me it was declined on their end. They also did not inform us until after the fact that they require a cash damage deposit, to which we were told 3 different amounts for this damage deposit ($50 first, $100 next, and then $250). None of them spoke very good English. The front desk guy came up to our room twice within a few hours between 730 and 1030 at night because they kept trying to run my card even though it showed approved on my end. Then they tried to deny us our damage deposit. We ended up having to call the cops out to the hotel to get our money back for the damage deposit and to get it clarified to them that the transaction for the room had been approved. Every time we tried to explain it to them they didn't understand and would constantly interrupt whoever was talking. The room was ok, we had a kitchenette in there but the silverware and plates/bowls were dirty. Definitely not worth $106 to stay for 1 night.
