The Staff

Hotel under construction and limited breakfast items

Very clean

Always had to go down and get towels. Staff at the front desk was very nice but dress unprofessional. No uniform on at the front desk. Also my first day at the quality Inn the tv wasn’t working in room 309 .

Breakfast was very generic, but was okay. Coffee was good and that was important. I liked the hotel and stayed due to my power off at my home due to the wind storm.

Booked a king ,was given double queen. Check-in person was congenial and didn’t wan’t to hassle him so we just lived with it. All ok.

Had a bed

Promised baby bed then didn’t have one, shower sucked, toilet didn’t work one day. Had to request to get a clean room. No pool, only one ice machine on top floor. Poor experience.

Location and except for some wild children running up and down the hallway everything was nice.

The bed was not really comfortable it sank in the middle and creeked when you move around.

Easy to find. Most staff was friendly.

Pool, which was our main reason for booking there, was unavailable for our entire stay. Found a dirty washcloth in our shower upon arrival. Requested the room to be cleaned and returned to find it untouched. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Well located. Good size room. Clean. Ample digital device plugs. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wasn’t told that room keys only work on door accessed from inside hallway.

Shower head holder was detached from the wall. Toilet seat cover wouldn’t stay up. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Pool wasn’t available. Even though there was ample floor space, there wasn’t a comfortable chair or ottoman for relaxing. TV viewing angle wasn’t adjustable. It sounded like the guest upstairs was jumping off the bed onto the floor. could hear the TV and/or guests next door. Room phone always had a busy signal.

I like how u had to have your key card to even get in the hotel, that was wonderful. had a good breakfast, and wonderful staff. clean rooms too live that.

it was a beautiful place but they was 3 maybe 4 rooms open on our floor and only one door to come in and out with cause of the under construction signs everywhere along with all the knock I received on my door the morning before check out in the morning which check out was at 11 am, at 8:30 9 :00 am our door was knocked on by a lady that the front desk did not know an stated they did not have anyone come around to the rooms. but the lady asked me if we was checking out and I told her I had to 11 my family was asleep! she left our door and wasn’t seen again. just give me a very bad feeling the way she was starring at me. after that we got our things together an left. I don’t think I will ever stay there again! just something wasn’t right and we was parked right next to them big white vans that steals people. then with the knock that morning, nope I won’t take my kids back to a place that gives me bad feelings!

Waste of food on breakfast. When the girl put the egg-patties from the preparation plate to the serving plate, the stick-together ones or broken ones directly went to the trash bin. The rest of the breakfast was perfect

Would love to have had bacon or regular sasuage patties. Coffee was cold . Didn't have larger plates to eat off of only had cake plates. Would love to have had some orange juice. The staff working in the area was not friendly at all.

Did not know about a charge for early check out. Had multiple charges on my debit card and my account went into a negative. Tiolet was very low. Need tub mats in the tub no good water pressure.

we enjoyed the pool and location to the expo center.

They over charged me $533.83 and I have yet to hear back about when I will receive my refund. The first night there one of the employees were knocking on the door at 11:30 pm to see if we were in the room. it was weird and put me on edge as I was woken up from a sleep.

They didn’t have rooms ready. Waited over an hour all to be told we wouldn’t have a place to stay. The guy behind the counter refused to help get rooms ready after being told by his manager multiple times. “Not my position” if what he said I. Front of a dozen customers waiting for a room at 11:30 at night.

Everything could have been better.
