Good location

Your staff is too low one person working the desk on a busy Friday night didn’t know where the key cards were kept when they ran out , couldn’t contact no manager or person who left answered them . Took 20 mins to find me a key card then when to check my booking said it showed I didn’t pay but the booking .com and my credit card showed proof they almost made me pay again that took 15 mins more to update then my key card would not work had three diff ones still nothing then finally your one person staff followed me up like they didn’t believe it didn’t work to go down again and finally move my room because the door itself entry card wasn’t working . Over an hour and a half Total it took me to get to my room . They gave me free breakfast but then the staff again there was no one to keep up on a busy Saturday food was over cooked you were out of everything it seemed and no one was cleaning up . I was told someone the next day would try to comp my stay and nothing .

Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is clean.

Very close to shopping mall. Nice and large room. very clean. nice and large free parking at the front.

Bad wifi connection. The phone was connecting but disconnecting itself every 2 minutes, then reconnecting again. The LapTop could never connect.

Room was great! The breakfast was awesome! We slept like babies!

When asking the lobby clerk for towels and wash cloths she said that housekeeping would bring them and we didn’t get them until after 1pm.
