The beds sucked. They were redoing other rooms and every morning we got woke up. I paid a lot of money for a vacation that wasn’t pleasant at all. The hot tub didn’t work. The elevator never worked.

The staff. Front desk was amazing. House keeping staff & the guy taking care of breakfast was amazing!

The construction, paint smell and hike to get to pool & breakfast room. The fact that smokers, thanks to the outrageous & ridiculous "Tennessee smoking law", had to smoke in your vehicle.... (I don't mind smoking outside (I do that at home) Which wasn't too bad except at night. I did not feel safe at all!!!!! Yet there are cigarette butts all over the parking lot!!!!! It wouldn't hurt for hotel to supply a SAFE area for smoking guest!!!!!

Clean, plenty of things to do and eat within walking distance. Rooms very nice and big. Stayed on bottom floor of side building.

Breakfast needs work. Girls were working hard keeping food topped up. Sausage way overcooked and biscuits were no where near brown and done. Lot of choices though! Coffee hot and fresh and plentiful.

The indoor pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very clean and easy access. The location was awesome. Very close to many restaurants and other attractions.

The worst part of the stay was breakfast and the breakfast area. There was very little room for anyone to eat. The breakfast was horrible. The biscuits were hard, sausage was not done, the orange juice was even watered down. Asked the wait staff about other areas to eat and was told the breakfast was really meant to be taken to the rooms to eat. However no carry out boxes. Only plates and bowls not easily used for transport.

When the card worked which was not often but the balcony was nice

We were on a girl scout trip two different buildings one room in building a & 1 room in b. The room in building b everything went okay based off of the parent that was in that room other than bathtub was peeling Now building a the suite this is the room the troop leader stayed in and we were on a schedule I tried to get as much in in such a short trip for the girls to enjoy as much as possible had to cancel our Friday night plans due to when we got back from the park Dollywood there was no towels in our room they took our dirty towels but didn't leave new towels or wash cloths I called down to the front desk a female answered the phone said she would get us towels 30 minutes later I called back down the gentleman at the desk was super super nice to us said he would get them to us as soon as possible 20 minutes later I cancel our dinner reservations and go down to the front desk to get my towels at the same time he was coming up the elevator but couldn't find any wash rags for us he went to another floor but still couldn't find wash rags we showered without them and went to McDonald's for supper when we got back from supper they had brought us up some hand towels and laid them on our bed as for the key cards they never work properly you got to swipe them 10 times to get in then the one time I had to walk around from the back of building a to the front desk to get a new card made for us call me lazy because I had to walk around the building but I just was in a cast for 12 weeks because I broke my foot and now I'm in a boot so it isn't about being lazy My girl scouts go on three different trips each year and we will not stay at a comfort inn & suites again
