Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, especially helpful, kind and understanding staff. I appreciated them so much. The location is great, unless there is a large event at NRG Stadium. Then getting in and out is difficult. Security at entrances was great! I felt very safe! And great complimentary breakfast!
The air conditioning units in our 2 rooms cooled us well, but the humidity in each room was extremely high. My husband (HVAC professional for 40+ years) says the room units are oversized. Getting to and from the property as a pro football game was letting out at NRG was super frustrating.

Location was extremely convenient to hospital where we were going. Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, nice & clean room, very good breakfast, secure parking lot. Lots of different restaurants surrounding the hotel.
Top secure lock on our door did not work.

The inside of the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable.
They charged me an extra $5 to park on top of my booking and I could barely even get into the hotel to check in. They shouldnt be giving out parking for events. It should be for hotel paying customers only. Was a mad house. Couldn't even leave the hotel to go shopping or out to eat. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either.
