Mr. Patterson was a very nice gentleman. The prices were super affordable. Yes the place needs some repairs but nothing that was an inconvenience. More cosmetic then anything and maybe some upgrades needed but I think the rate makes up for it and so does the staff! Bed was super comfy.
One thing I’m always scared of is roaches or bed bugs and there was none of that! Rest assured you will sleep well. It was quiet and nice.
I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Inexpensive and great location.
Host was friendly.
The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable.
