We reserved a room for 2 nights. We only stay I night because I found 2 of the towels had hairs and the sink didn't have cold water. My kids couldn't get inside the pool because the swimming pool was very dirty with hairs. I won't recommend to no one this hotel. I was very 😡. We couldn't get are money back.

This hotel was very pleasant. Room was spacious and comfortable, had a small side area with a kitchenette and was exactly what we needed. The hotel itself was quiet overall (there were some noisy guests but they checked out after a few days)

Small things like, the room did have some damage (a hole in the bathroom door and carpet stains) that we made sure they knew we weren't responsible for. There's no closet space in the studio/suite, so nowhere to hang anything. Lamps were unplugged and the phone didn't work. And though the staff was helpful, they weren't overly "hotel friendly" and many were on their personal cell phones.

I’m disappointed in our stay here. Check in time was 3pm we got there at 3:15p and they said room wasn’t ready and to come back in 30min. When we got there it still wasn’t ready (it was ready 2hours later). Staff at our room said “Oh! your room is nowhere near ready!(very unprofessional). They blamed the fact that it was busy (sounds like they don’t usually get many people staying at this hotel) Towels were stained and floors not clean. When we voiced our concerns we were told to call on Monday because there’s no manager on premises. We’ve called and that’s all they keep telling us. To “call back tomorrow cause there’s no manager on premises”

Desk staff was not personable upon check-in. Homeless sleeping in stairwell yet was confronted impolitely by a man wearing a stocking cap saying security at breakfast area asking if I was a guest. I replied yes. He started raving about the political environment. Very unprofessional staff. Breakfast unstocked. Room door looked as if someone had tried to break in at one time and not repaired. Roach seen in bathroom.

Weird people coming into hotel, checked me out before I checked out, couldn't even give me a receipt or find me in the system, hopefully I get my 100 dollars back, for the essentials deposit.tried to charge me again for the room

They tried to steal eight hundred dollars out of my bank account which I have had to close and the staff didn't seem to care to help or do anything about it

The staff were awful. The male staff members sexually harassed myself and my daughter-in-law. Every time they saw us. One male staff member offered me to smoke marijuana with him outside where his marijuana pipe was sitting on the window ledge. He pointed at the pipe and said want to take a hit? I said no thanks I don’t smoke that stuff. The room was filthy, my daughter-in-law had to wipe down everything as it was covered in dust and oils. There was something crusty and sticky on the blankets. It looked like melted plastic or something? After 24 hours of staying in the room, we found roaches. after a few days staying there, the upstairs flooded above us and it all came pouring down onto the first floor into the hallways. A homeless person who staff has told me has entered the building many times without their knowledge, went upstairs and intentionally flooded the second floor. they say they are taking measures to try and stop him from getting inside in the near future. Yeah I don’t believe them.. The safety doors that are supposed to be locked at night. People can just walk right in them. The carpets on the first floor stayed wet until the day we checked out. They had a fan on the floors for about three hours and then turned it off because they didn’t want to use a bunch of electricity trying to dry the carpet. Well, all I can say is enjoy the mold folks! when this flooding happened it took out the Wi-Fi. We no longer had Wi-Fi for the mini days we were there and I believe we were there two weeks? So we went about a week without Wi-Fi yet we were not given any kind of discount whatsoever. We also could not get continental breakfast, because of this issue. I don’t know how it affected bringing some muffins and orange juice out to the dining room but whatever. Oh, and the whole time that we were there, they never had butter for the waffles. They just kept telling me they were out sorry. Wow.
