The location was great - it has amazing views of the river. It was close and walkable to other sites in Cascade Locks. The staff, especially John, were friendly and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was offered in the restaurant next door and had better food than usual hotel stays
Amenities were pretty basic - thin towels and paper goods, not super impressive for the price. The coffee in the room (Keurig machine) was not good. Had to plug in the coffee machine on the bathroom sink because the layout wasn't right.

Lovely big room and a great view of the river and mountains Nice pool and hot tub Make your own hot drinks anytime from the machine convenient for the marina and local attractions
Too much waste plastic - wraps around the cups -small red stirring straws and small bags of sachets in the bedroom Better to supply small cartons of milk and sugar sachets with wooden stirrers to reduce waste and support our environment
A glass of orange juice with breakfast would be nice

Did not eat breakfast. Location was easily accessible and close to food options.
There was a pair of underwear under the edge of the bed from the previous guest. Elevator broke down on Saturday leaving my partner that uses a walker stuck in the room for the rest of the weekend. It was difficult for her to get down the stairs from the fourth floor.
