Great location, nice layout, great view, nice amenities.

Could use some updating, corner shower was a little tight but manageable.

"Brittany was the best out all the whole hotel!!!" Private balcony NO ! 2 doors down lady was smoking and nothing was done!Smoke came right in our room! Also dont like staying where dogs stay! The Hotel needs alot of work, Winter is hard on all the hotels! Beautiful spot but really no privacy on any of the decks! Seagulls all over and they will go into your rooms, so keep your door closed!

Fix the place up its run down! NO PETS! they dirty the rooms and carpets! Breakfast for get it! Its like animals getting food and never ate before! Safe on the Breakfast Fix the place up! Put private walls up on the decks!

So disappointed with our “lake view” room. I specifically booked a “1 Queen Room with Two Queen Beds with Lake View” so we would be guaranteed a beautiful view when we looked out the window at Lake Huron from our room. We arrived at room 119, and the view out our window is a set of stairs. So disheartening after driving 9 plus hours to get here. I immediately went to the front desk and there were no other rooms available to move too. This room should not be listed and charged as a Lake view room when you can’t even see Lake Huron from the room. $803.00 to view a set of stairs, listen to the people above us walking across the floor (it was probably normal walking for them but it sounded like they were stampeding across the floor), listening to luggage being dragged up and down the steps. The upper lock on our door was missing so we wedged a chair underneath the handle. Would not recommend staying on the bottom floor or in room 119. This room should be made into storage. Checking out, the front desk person even said they get complaints about this room. Yes I notified staff immediately upon check-in and she was able to give us a $15 credit for each night which I appreciated. This side of the hotel should be motel prices, not hotel prices

The amenities were fabulous-the pool set up, the outdoor fire pit, kids yard games, the view, etc. Everything was perfect for our family on a work trip. The rooms were older but clean. Thank you!

The room were older. It updates have been made. Maybe a few coats of paint.

I loved the location. Perfect view of the water.

The beach area was not as clean as I would like. Goose poop everywhere. My kids didn't want to walk around on the beach front area.

Nice location right on Lake Huron. Staff was nice and accommodating.The pool area was newly renovated.

Old, renovated hotel which was very noisy. People walking around in the room upstairs kept us awake. Noisy outside the door also on the ground floor.
