Breakfasts were excellent and location was very convenient.
Carpeting is a little old and stained. The handicap seat in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it’s wood and moldy! Also bathroom door needs adjusting to close.

The room and property were very clean with two exceptions. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The motel serves breakfast, but also is in close proximity to Perkins. They allowed us to check in a little prior to 3 p.m. We were grateful. We had a wedding to attend 30 minutes north of Elk River that afternoon.
There was a slight odor when we entered our room. Couldn't really pinpoint the origin of the odor. The couch upholstery looked worn. Through no fault of the motel's, it was a little difficult to locate with all the road construction in that area.

They didn't have a record of the reservation. I had the printed out confirmation sheet, but that didn't help.

The price was a great deal for the room. Very clean and comfy and the staff was very friendly

Loved the breakfast, lots of vegetarian options! They even had sugar-free syrup! The staff was friendly and check out was so easy

construction in the area made it difficult to find my way and access the property, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Everything was fine until I saw the bill on my credit card. According to Booking it was supposed to be $155 but I got charged $175 on my card.

Staff did not know how to use the credit card for booking rooms for two! She calls me to the room and request to provide Credit card one more time as the transaction did not go through! Its ridiculous!
The entire road is blocked and work was going on and had to detour to reach the hotel.
