Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn

The location was perfect…. Disneyland was only a few minutes walk away!

It’s so conveniently located literally a 5-7 min walk to the park , breakfast options are great as well , my overall all experience with my family was great I would definitely recommend to anyone .

I have no serious complaints , other than the walls are thin so I can hear people talking but it wasn’t too bad .

This was our first time staying here. We loved how close to the parks we were and also the accommodations from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic! The pin trading boards in the lobby were good too. Also. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back again!

The best thing about this place is its proximity to Disneyland. The breakfast was okay and the ladies in the dining area were very nice and kept it extremely clean. The bed was comfortable.

Our flight was extremely delayed and we ended up arriving several hours later than we had anticipated. When we checked in, they told us they didn’t have any rooms like the one we had reserved (and paid for) four months in advance left and they had to give us an alternative one. When I asked if they gave our room away because we were late, they denied it and said that other people had made reservations several weeks in advance. I find this difficult to believe considering we made our reservation in early May. It would seem that reserving a few months ahead is not enough to guarantee you a room that you chose. The rooms are dated, the bathroom smelled like mildew, and the wallpaper was peeling. They call themselves “family friendly” which is awesome if you have children but we did not and the noise was tough to deal with. I am all for family friendly, and I’m glad that hotels are leaning this way, but even in “family friendly” hotels there should be certain guidelines and a child screaming for 2 1/2 hours straight should at least be addressed. I am sure that even if another family was next door and their kids were trying to sleep, they probably wouldn’t have taken kindly to the screaming and yelling that we had to deal with. They did a great job cleaning our room the first morning of our stay, but despite multiple requests made by us, they didn’t clean our room again for four days and we had to ask for toilet paper, washcloths, and towels. Our previous stay at Disneyland we stayed at the Anaheim Best Western Park Place Inn and that is where we will return in the future. Spring for the extra couple hundred bucks and get a better night’s sleep, a clean room and a far better breakfast.
