Clean, good location, comfortable
Vending machines didn't work and the places out front wouldn't sell us water. Parking was hars to find and a tight squeeze if you did.

Location, staff
Hotel ac unit would not stay continuously on and the drain in the sink was very slow. We had to remove the stopper so the water would drain and then the sink has a foul smell

Nice open air roof top restaurant!

Location
The room, the fact that’s just a cheap motel. The dirty room, it was dark. The room was a handicap room a point not disclosed when booking. Right by the ice maker.

Al lado de los parques y con piscina climatizada.

Close to parks. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed

Great location directly across the road from the parks - very easy walk. Place was clean and was happy to store luggage for us as we arrived before checkin time and left well after checkout time. Front desk staff were great.
Very basic accommodation and fair walk from reception to rooms with luggage if not having a car.

The location is great, super close to Disney…
First they charged me for two nights even though I showed them I had payed all the stay they said I had only payed for one night and charged me the rest, they then said they made a mistake and would refund me in 5-10 days. There are bedbugs and when I told the staff and showed them a video I took they only said “Thank you for letting us know” I was bitten all around and have big rashes to prove it.

The best part if this hotel was distance to Disneyland, the infused water, and the pool. The overall style of the hotel was so modern and updated.
The elevator broke right when we got there and had to help staff carry out bags to the third floor.

I had allergies I think the carpet needs to be cleaned

•The location is the best. 15mins walk from Disneyland/California Adventure gates. 10-15mins away from CVS/Walgreens. I can come get water bottle even I'm in the park so easily.
•The coffee service in front of the front desk is good.
•Having mini refrigerator and microwave. The microwave is kind of important.
•Our room phone was disconnected. And the day when I checked in, I asked to check at the front desk. The time was too late, so they told me they will ask maintenance members tomorrow. But the next day, the next day, they didn't come to our room and fix it. So in the morning we checked out, I told them again and a maintenance guy came and fixed it. He told me the front desk didn't ask him until today. I know their service isn't perfect. But it's just trouble for those who are staying.
•The room door for the bathroom/restroom is a sliding door without having a door knob and it was really heavy. The guys from the front desk told me, our room was bigger, so eventually the door became heavier. The heavier is true, but if some place I can lay figure on, it would be much better, I suggest.
•in laundry place, there is no exchange machine for quarters. But we have to pay with quarters for lundry. So we have to go to the front desk to ask. It is too far away.

Great location and as advertised right across the street to Disney land. Dennys, IHOP, McDonald’s all within walking distance.
The room layout with not ideal for two beds. There was literally a very small space to walk to the bathroom when entering the room. Room would be better served with one bed. Did not like being right next to the laundry room of the facility as the workers hung out right outside my room a lot. Avoid room 182 if that kind of stuff bothers you.

I called early morning due to an emergency couldn’t make my stay. I was hoping some empathy since I gave notice ahead or not the full charge which showed was available for 300 back out of the 600 and instead they charged me as if I would’ve went. I had to take my father to the ER due to a heart attack so it was clearly something out of my hands, it was due to a medical emergency out of my hands but they still charged me full price. Been staying there for years. Loyal customer and I send everyone there when visiting the parks. Truly disappointed won’t be staying there anytime soon.

Location
the AC made a lot of noise, impossible to sleep with it on so I got hot every night. moreover on the 1st night they had to use a super noisy machine to solve a problem in another room and that was 12:45pm

The walk to Disneyland was perfect and very close.
The AC was not well circulated, extremely humid in the room. Walls are unbelievably thin. The worst hotel stay I’ve had near the Disneyland Resort. The phone was ringing every other hour, so we had to unplug. The parking cost was not mentioned in the booking price.

10 min walk to Disney gates, that’s about it. It’s a motel not hotel.
Very dark cave like room, only window facing corridor wall. Motel style layout with pool and parking in the center and all rooms surrounding it, doors and windows on most facing parking and pool, thus very noisy until pool is closed at 10pm and whenever guests arrive or leave rolling suitcases and starting cars. Expect to wake up at 6-7 when people leave for Disney, wasn’t a problem for us, but must be annoying to choose between open window or sleep. Extremely dirty carpet in room. $250 per night is too much for this place.

The bathroom and an odor to it.

good location, front desk stuff wasn’t really nice, the hotel itself look great but the room look kind of a old dirty looking

The proximity to the parks is the best perk. The staff was also great, very friendly and Informative. The Rooms were very clean.
Half the weather stripping was off the door which led to rain getting onto the carpet as we had the last room on the 4th floor. There is about a 2 in gap from door to floor so being next to the elevator was louder than it normally would be.

it was close to where we were going. parking on property it was a great value
I got there and my room wasn’t ready, then I over heard the employees saying they have my room away to somebody else. I prepaid for my room in advance and was told earlier everything would be set when I arrived. I got told it could be a few hours late for another room but they had a smaller room ready. The room was extremely musty and the refrigerator did not work. the air conditioning did not work. when I went to the office I was told they’ll see what they can do. for my inconvenience they gave me a discount on parking.

Very clean room. Beds were comfortable despite the very thin blankets. Extra blankets provided. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Amazing location, 5 min walk to Disney. Coffee in the lobby most of the day.
Our room happened to be in the worst spot ever. The ice machine, elevator and stairs were literally three feet from our window. We were woken up multiple times starting at 6am by people using the ice machine, going up and down the stairs, etc. Mind you the ice machine is not in a separate room as it usually is in most places, it’s out in the open next to the stairs. Very thin walls when it comes to what’s going on outside your room. This room … 124 …. should be made a janitors closet or something. This room is ridiculously loud and it’s awful. We were woken up so many times.
