They charged us parking when they it stated parking was included the front desk didn’t explain anything to us no room service it stated the pool n jacuzzi was open and it wasn’t

The location, the shuttle to Disneyland, complimentary breakfast, and happy hour drinks. Rooms and bathrooms are large and could be updated but are still comfortable. There is a mini fridge, table, and pull out sofa.

Parking fees are ridiculous. I feel we're already paying a large amount for the rooms, parking should be included.

Pool and gym not available even though theoretically the construction was finished.

Breakfast and cocktail hour were something to look forward to because the pool and gym were not accessible and atrium was being remodeled.

Wish we could have used all the amenities. The shower pressure wasn’t strong at all. A little frustrating.

Toilet does not function properly, beds are super uncomfortable, feel old. Restroom not cleaned well. Upon arrival to my room, I called downstairs front desk for more pillows and they made me go down from 12th floor to front desk to get more. I paid $700 and I had to go get my own pillows. Gym was closed, that was not on website.

Only that the refrigerator and toilet needed maintenance, and it wasn't done Before we arrived. But they were quick to get it fixed.

the room was clean and super comfortable. The pool was heated and hot tub was super relaxing. Staff was amazing and tended to our every need.

The restaurant didn’t have much of a kids menu. Other than that everything was amazing.

The staff didn’t fix my issue with over charging me for a cancellation fee. I’ll never stay at this hotel again very disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer for years an this is how your company handled the situation.

Breakfast, happy hour and the elevators absolutely delighted the grandchildren. The lion was fun.

1) The bathroom is horribly designed. We got a wheelchair-shower and the water leaked all over. Poor design of the shower and floor design. I found myself wringing out towels to mop up the water. The detachable shower head made it difficult to use for a normal person and again, causing overspray to leak water all over the floor. 2) No shuttle service offered to Disneyland to blocks down the street. The City service offered was through an annoying app that required signing up for an account and was not very easy to use.

Low quality food. No variety. Either extremely ripe or unripe fruit. Low quality pastries.

Staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South was very convenient for our family of 4. We stayed for 2 nights and stayed here for a 3 day Disneyland vacation. The rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was delicious with many options, quiet atmosphere, feee Wi-Fi, great scenery. A big plus for us was the shuttle bus that is only feet away from the entrance door. Also, if house keeping is needed they do a great job at being there at an ample time. Overall, our stay was very comfortable (we enjoyed our stay so much we already have next month booked here)

The only complaint is that the AC is very loud.

I have never pay for parking when I stay in a hotel but other than that it was excellent.
