I love that the room had its own little living room. It was close to everything that I wanted to do.

The checking Person was slow. Had to wait 30 mins to check in and there was only one person ahead of me.

Close to Disney, I love close to food places, pool and hot tub were amazing, friendly staff, delicious breakfast also neo lights were pretty nice

The elevator to small

I enjoyed the bed and the smart TV. You don’t see those often at hotels so it was a nice surprise.

The parking was atrocious. In the morning it is fine but coming back at night after being out the last thing you want to do is worry about the parking you are paying for. We came back to the hotel after our 14 hour long day at disney and there was zero parking. They say they have extra parking down the street, its FOUR spaces that were already full. It was ridiculous too say the least. When we spoke to the office they said there is nothing they can do and they are not liable. The pool was not heated, no towels and the seating in the pool area is so run down and disgusting. The pool itself seemed clean as well as the hot tub.
