Room was good overall except for the smoke detector going off till 11:00. Staff was nice in trying to fix it.

Smoke detector going off Saturday night and have small kids was not ideal for sleep. It kept happening till 11pm but staff was helpful in trying to fix it. Also, choline in the pool was very strong and hard to even swim bc it Burt our skin. Would have liked to have a discount for the smoke detector not working but they gave us a Panera bread gift card for $15.

The location and how clean it is also the gym that I was able to get a room right away.

The room was good and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The jacuzzi was horrible and very dirty. The pool was murky as well.

The location is excellent.Close to shopping and many great restaurants. Easy access to roads that can get you anywhere in the city.

The walls and floors are super thin. You could hear people walking in the hall and in the adjacent rooms.

Location was good, but the food was the same every day.

Location was convenient for our needs, it was clean and comfortable.

Clean, very cozy, staff was wonderful. It seemed like they aimed to please. No one on their phones or talking to friends or anything all of the staff was very energetic and always had a smile which made me feel very good!
