Extended Stay America Suites - Chicago - Woodfield Mall

The area and surrounding area, lots of restaurants and grocery stores, shop, also good neighborhood area safe

None

Close to where I needed to be, nice staff, and the room was very nice.

The stairway in the back smelt like dog pee where the carpet was.

Big parking

Laundry was out of service

I thought the location in the overall area where the hotel was located was very nice

Walked into the room and there was something leaking from the kitchen at so there was a puddle of water as soon as we got into the room, cleaned it up woke up the next morning, and it was back could not find the source of the leak. Hotel staff did not knock and walked in on My Wife and I while we were in the room. People fighting yelling, throwing and hitting things in the hallway and the room next-door called the desk about the issue. Said they would look into it. The issue continued for another hour or two after the phone call.
