I liked the convenience of the location.

The stairs were unkept and feel as if they’d collapse any second. My room was not clean in the bathroom and bedding was stained.

Room was dirty and disgusting -- pubic hair in shower, toilet filthy, tooth paste clump in sink, bottle in trash-can, floor unswept/unvacuumed, chair at table/desk was covered in stains and crumbs, dead fly, some kind of dead bug on top of shelf by bathroom counter, etc, etc, etc, . . . Took pics to documents all. Overall, property itself, and furniture in room, were extremely run-down. Existing repairs and repaints in the room were shoddy.

The location

The room was dirty. The tub didn't drain the water out. The tub was dirty. No microwave or refrigerator. Dogs on property. Just nasty really. Had to heaty food up downstairs.

I love the staff everyone so nice rooms are good clean. Plenty of food within walking distance
