The staff was super helpful

They advertise free breakfast .. but there was none. Went to the restaurant and was told we needed to pay.

I couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi without calling someone to get it bypassed, my husband and kids devices wouldn’t connect at all, the toilet was super low, and wished the breakfast had been included. couldn’t get comfortable in the bed

The stay was comfortable, place was clean and staff was respectful and courteous.

I left LA on Tuesday the 6th with the intention of staying at your Redding location. The circumstances of the freeways in LA made it much longer to get out of town. I called the hotel and left a message that I would not be able to make Redding. I received a text from someone in Redding that said I had to contact Bookings.com, so I pulled off the freeway to do just that and could not get to the right page to leave a message. The whole thing was upsetting and to top it all I was charged for the night.

Goog breakfast and conveniently location

The hotel restaurant had super food. Dinner was fantastic and a reasonable price. Breakfast was also great and included in the room price. We will stay there again on our travels.

Ice machine was not working but that’s a minor thing.
