The lady at the front desk was nice.

The rooms were filthy. Our first room was not cleaned in the slightest. She checked us in to a room that had dirt on the tables, cigarette ashes on the sink in the bathroom, smudged mirrors, black stuff on the side of the box springs, uncleaned microwave and refrigerator, and worst of all.. a USED CONDOM on the lamp shade. After complaining to the receptionist, she moved us to another room, which was decent, but still made me feel uneasy about the whole stay altogether. I called customer service and they offered only $20 off of our stay cost. I'll never be back to this hotel, and will definitely tell everyone to avoid it at all costs.

Good location

A large loud dog across the hall and the occupants of that room kept the door open always with people coming and going. Got the feeling bad deals go down here.

Comfortable room. Unexpectedly comprehensive kitchen facility. Great Mexican restaurant across the parking lot.

Though not the fault of the property, incredible street noise from about 11PM to 1AM. Was a Saturday night. Sounded like street racing. And our room did not face the street (a main thoroughfare - U.S. 60). The "breakfast" was really minimal.

The front desk staff and kitchen staff was super friendly and nice.

There was a roach in the bathroom. No smoking room that smelt like cigarettes whenever we turned off the air conditioner. No blanket on bed, just two top sheets and tiny flat uncomfortable pillows. Other guest were loud in the halls very late at night (around 1-2 in the morning).

Tyler at the front desk was amazing. He did everything he could to help me print my plane tickets the morning I checked out.

We're on our way to western Kentucky to help rebuild houses for the victims of the tornado from December 2021. It's close to the highway on our trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good.

There was no ice. None of the ice machines were working. I like to have ice water since the water doesn't taste very good. I like to let the ice melt and drink that water. There was a lot of noise, like a party in the hall around 2 AM. I know the staff couldn't help that, but it was very annoying and then I couldn't get back to sleep.

Very comfortable bed and good bath. Quiet though very near highway. Friendly people.

Room was very poorly cleaned. Broken glass in corner behind chair! Pool not open (Booking.com said it was!). Breakfast limited.
