Everything was excellent. One of our best hotel experiences. The staff went above and beyond. There was a mix up with our room, completely our fault, and they were so helpful. The buffet dinner and drinks were an added bonus.

I can't think of anything that would have improved this hotel. Everything was perfect.

everything was just great, staff was excellent, food was very good, layout was very good, the dining area was very clean and the attendents keep it that way, what else can i say other than keep up the good work, was a total pleasure staying with ya'll

i did have a bit of a problem, but it was my fault, i booked on line and i thought I was booking with yall and not some booking firm, so i was not able to get my military discount BUT this was my error

530-700 kickback hours. 3 free drinks and a meal. Staff were very professional an welcoming.

Desk clerk spoke too fast, no eye contact. Could hardly understand him. The elevators were slow and one wasn’t working. No bags in garbage cans. I found dental floss stuck to a wall in bathroom. No hand soap provided and only two washcloths. We had party of 4.

Love the location also love the food. Both the breakfast and happy hour.💕

Very clean. Bathrooms were nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

I wasn't a fan of the manager's attitude when I checked in around 9 pm. She appeared to hate life, or at the very least hate her job. She was condescending and rude. I would normally assume she was just having a rough night but she was just as "friendly" when my husband bought 3 bottles of water for $7 the next night. She should probably work on that being in the hospitality business.
