I always enjoy my stay, I love the breakfast and coffee. The staff is super friendly. Plenty of space in the bathroom and room and both cleaned throughly. Great location to local restaurants, stores and downtown Franklin and my favorite park, Pinkerton Park.
No complains other than my fridge was a little louder than normal this time

Breakfast and dinner was delicious. I enjoyed being served with a glass plate and silverware. All employees were very friendly and helpful.
Prefer having our room done, make bed, empty garbage. We are fine using towels 2 days.

It was a beautiful place. Easy to find. I appreciated the parking.
The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Not a deal breaker but made for a sticky bathroom after a shower.
