Convenience to the convention center.

Front desk staff. The manager was unwilling to help with GROSS billing errors while I was on the property. Instead, it took a week of inconvenient phone calls and unnecessary conversations trying to clear up the charges that were on my bill. I was charged the entire bill of my four-day stay 4 times over a 3-day stay...at least. Once daily I was charged $1100-$1200+ Seriously, inconvenient and annoying! The worst part was the initial attitude from one of the managers. It was finally cleared up after 5 days.

It is quiet, convenient, friendly staff, good location, fast elevators, good gym, filtered water.

No microwave, parking is too expensive - but it is good that it is available

The hotell was perfectly located for attending conference at the conference center with only 1minute walk across the street. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and actually helped me book another night at the hotel for the same affordable price as booking.com Breakfast buffet (not included in price) was really nice, and is recommendable (still expensive). Nice gym, but a bit crowded at times (Sheraton hotel nearby is recommendable if gym facility is important to you), and nice to have the terrace with jacuzzi and three sunbeds. Cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful, and made sure I had extra coffee at my room. I had a room with wonderful view over Denver city.

The breakfast was much too expensive, and gym would have been better with larger room and more free weight equipment. An outdoor pool should be mandatory in sunny and warm Denver.

Didn't have breakfast, but it was the perfect location I was in the center of everything and I could walk everywhere I needed to be .

Terrible food choices. No place to eat evening meal, it was one of the reasons we came back to this hotel, superb evening meals in 2016. Noisy fridge which we had to turn off at night.

We loved the bed! Value and location were convenient. The personal was very nice, they let us do late check out! We would stay here again!
