I made reservations on line, when I got there my room wasn’t available but the staff upgrade our room for both parties I traveled with. The staff was very attentive for the mistake and knew what she was doing alway a plus. She was very nice and professional.

The woman who was working at the check in desk in the late evening the night of my stay was incredibly kind. I purchased some items from the shop and she anticipated my needs and brought me some other needed items I had not thought to ask about.
The room was comfy and clean and the building was beautiful. I loved the bathroom in our room. Just think the room was kind of basic.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance to 16th st mall & The Denver Performing Arts. The rooms are spacious & comfortable! There’s a public parking garage next door in case you don’t want to pay $67 a night for valet parking.
