I was able to get the booking fairly easy.
Toilet doesn’t flush, shower didn’t work, bed was so hard, my hips hurt, the music downstairs was so loud from the bar I couldn’t sleep. The floor felt gross on my feet. The hallways were not air-conditioned, and the stairs were steep to carry all your stuff up. The parking lot was nerve-racking .

Location was good
The rooms are very very small and old. Loud noises from the restaurant below until late in the night. No microwave and uneven floor making the door to the room not secured. Smell of mold.

Many stairs no elevator to take me and baggage to my room. But staff helped

Location, price, and staff were all excellent. Room was clean and pretty comfortable.
Room needs a table or little TV tray style tables. Was very hard to eat breakfast, snacks, or write anything without a table.

the address on the website says it’s on the N side but it’s on the S side by Philadelphia Ave. Only parking for the room buyer only, can not buy parking which would’ve been better if they stayed that before I booked

Room was fine, bed was comfortable, super close to beach and boardwalk, helpful staff
Toilet was too close to tub and had to use at an angle. Friday late night music from Irish pub below came through walls.

LOCATION! on 4th street, steps away from the beach.
Hot water takes about 10min to warm up. But understood because the building is over 100 years old. Love the charm!

The location was excellent, right on the boardwalk.
The room itself wasn’t very clean, shower and bathroom was not cleaned or serviced before I checked in. Last occupants soap was still on tub and hair was clogging the drain. Housekeeping also didn’t service my room, even with the hang tag on the door.

Found old moldy sunflower seeds under the beds.
Told staff about the moldy old sunflower seeds and showed them. They did nothing just threw them in the garage...I have a 7 month old that could have got them!

the shower was VERY TINY and uncomfortable to shower, specially if didn’t want to wash your hair everyday.

the staff is so helpful they even returned an item I left to the airport on there in time. great people and a nice place to stay on the beach

Front desk staff talked around us like we weren't standing in front of them. Cleaning staff decided to vacuum the hall outside our room at 9:00 at night.

It's an older place but we felt that they have done well to keep it up to date.

It was close to the board walk and beach. The sheets were clean and the towels.
There was black mold in the AC unit, the bar downstairs plays music from around 9am to 12am.
