the staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff

The hotel is beautiful. Nice little getaway from home. Staff is very helpful. The pools are a nice bonus. This is our 2nd visit and look forward to returning.

I can't say there isn't anything we didn't like.

rooms need full cover on windows…the extreme brightness woke us up…also restaurants closed way to early….

clean, large rooms. However, even when we put out the service request on the doorknob, nobody came in, The room furniture was ugly, dark gray shapeless commode and night stands that didn't match the smaller table with the coffee maker(that didn't work) the standing lamp and the small table didn't match anything in the room. as well as the blue chair in yet another style didn't match anything at all. there were no pictures on the wall, just white walls. All in all the room looked drab. Don't know what kind of interior decorator they used(if any), but thumbs down. The little pools were nice to cool of.
