First room was musty, smelled like a wet dog, but desk clerk immediately gave us another room

didn't trust the breakfast area due to lack of the room we were in being so ill kept

the night auditor was mean, lazy and just hateful

Love the room with the hot tub, spacious comfortable room.

Saff is so friendly. Bed’s are so comfortable. Location is good.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few year and this time around I was not not impressed with my stay. The shower curtain rod was put up high and facing down do the curtain would not stay shut and water got everywhere and the rack the towels where on was half off the wall like someone grabbed it and pulled the rack out. The pillow on the chair look like someone had grease on if and the chair arm look like there was frosting on it. I have t stayed in this room before and it was not like.
