The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care.
The room was not what we expected. We booked an accessibility room with a roll in shower for my husband who is confined to a wheelchair. The shower was a standard tub (not roll in) with safety rails. The wheelchair did not fit beyond the corner of the bed even after I rearranged some furniture.
The room above us was very loud and awake most of the night. We could hear the thumping and jumping of all the activity going on. We got very little sleep!

it was clean.
coffee machine wasn’t able to make a coffee. it drained water. air conditioner was too loud so we had to turn it off. Even though I hung the do not disturb note on the door the housekeeping knocked the door in the morning. it was before checkout time I didn’t get what this rush was about. it was extremely expensive room. I stayed at the way better hotels all around the world this hotel was a disappointment.

The bed was comfortable.
The lamp in our room had a shade covered in mold and the side chair was soiled and stained. The chairs in the breakfast area were torn. The continental breakfast was sparse and slow to be restocked. Overall, this hotel was very overpriced and disappointing.

Breakfast each morning was nice. Staff very friendly. Room/Bathroom were clean, however there was a musty smell to the room. Parking was terrible. No spots in lot at times.

We were traveling with 2 children on a very hot weekend. specifically chose this hotel for the pool. it wasn’t opened! in JUNE!! wasn’t offered a discount or even free passes to the town’s community pool. Very disappointing.

Hotel was clean, rooms were adequate.
Would have been better if the battery in the carbon monoxide detector had been changed regularly so that it didn't go off at 4:30am the first night of our stay.

The room was comfortable.
I could hear every step the guest in the room above mine took. Too noisy. I brought this to the attention of the woman behind the desk at checkout and she had no comment, just continued to look at her monitor.

As far as location there isn't much to do in St Marys. For having a million dollar highway running thru it.

Enjoy the breakfast, just limited due to Covid. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly with the exception of the night desk clerk. He was a little standoffish.
Parking is an issue, not enough spaces and vending machines were not filled at all.
