Excellent, excellent

Christopher on the front desk was amazing, 10+ for him. Gave ideas of where to go, etc. So friendly !!!!!! Travelling for 10 days and he has been the best person we have run into. Thanks for your time Christopher !!!!! Great location, well maintained grounds and CLEAN rooms !!! Beds were comfy too !

Amazing, helpful staff. They went over and above. The rooms were bigger than expected. The accommodation made my visit that much better.

the bed was advertised as king, in reality it was two twins pushed together, back ached in the morning

clean. modern. superb value. good desk staff. great location. very comfortable bed. excellent shower. two luggage racks! only place I’ve EVER been that had that common sense accommodation. balcony. free cookies and coffee. one block from supermarket, bike shops,gas, five minute walk to downtown restaurants. <$200 for two nights total. We went in off season but most hotels were still $3-400.

Pleasant, made me feel at home, clean stay

The owner gave a personal touch, even had fresh baked cookies and muffins. When we checked in we were pleasantly greeted and were offered multiple bars and bananas since we couldn’t make the breakfast addition. The room was very clean and the location was walking distance to the city center. couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Super cute little inn in downtown bar harbor, 7 minutes away from Acadia National park.

The staff was extremely kind, they bake fresh muffins every morning and fresh cookies every afternoon. They were accommodating, they were sweet, and the whole place was adorable. Everything was so so clean and it was just the perfect place to stay. Loved it

The description for beds are "large double bed" or "extra large double bed". We had concerns if the beds were small at the time of booking. We booked a room with "extra large double bed". It turned out the bed was a king size and very comfortable. The location is very good. 12-16 min walk to most of restaurants and shops on Main St of the village center.

We would gladly stay here again!

This is the perfect location for easy access to the park and walking distance to the town center. The entire staff was fantastic.

Rooms are a tad small but great balconies - and they are in the process of updating rooms.

I thought it was a perfect location. we we’re close to everything in walking distance.

the bushes were to close to the parking spaces. the air conditioning was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.

Great location for exploring downtown Bar Harbor on foot, but very expensive!

Fantastic, convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Large, well-equipped room.

Bed was very uncomfortable; it seemed to be constructed from two twin beds well past their useful life. This is a very expensive hotel.

Lovely motel and grounds very close to town.

The friendly informative staff. A close walk to town. Parking on the premises. A light morning breakfast with a muffin, fruit and coffee-tea. Very Clean and quiet.

More soap bars would be helpful in the room.

Access to Acadia Park was nearby and the property was located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops.

Great stay in a great place.

Porch seating was great for relaxing in early morning and evening. Great way to start and end the days.

Cellular and internet connection were very challenging and made it difficult to do quick checks of email as well as activity and restaurant searches.

Clean, nice hotel within walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor and a five minute drive to Acadia. Staff was fabulous.

Lovely and helpful staff, grounds are beautiful, location great, but noisy air conditioner

The room was large and nice. However, The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep at night and had to turn it off and then got very hot. So we did not sleep well. This may not be an issue for some, but for us, we would not be able to stay there again. They just need to upgrade their system. The staff was great!

New AC unit that is quieter so sleeping at night is possible.
