Nachts wurden wir leider von lauten knackenden Geräuschen vom Dachstuhl geweckt.

The Terra Nova accommodations were good size, clean, fresh and pleasant. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory.

Where do I begin?... well, let's start from the beginning of our journey. The accommodations were prepaid in advance, which is not a standard in this industry, but OK we didn't think much of it. We checked in by pulling an envelope of a window, got the keys, went to the room and surprise: the bathroom sink is clogged. We called, we emailed, texted, went to the check in area- DAILY- to no avail. Day 2: we start all over, text, email , call, go in- NOBODY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. We asked for coffee, tea, brown sugar, cups - no reply. Day 3: long hike, all day on the road, came to the room tried to shower, we had enough hot/ warm water for 1 person only. Again, we call, text email, walk to the reception area- no human at site. No call back, nor text or email or no visit from anyone. Day 4: long hike, 15 hrs day on the road, we came to the room on a chilly night to shower and wash hair before heading to the airport the next day super early AM- this time NO HOT WATER AT ALL! So, to summarize, within our 4 night/5 days stay we were NOT able to reach Staff or Management of Terra Nova AT ALL- I mean not even once!- not for any issues with water or the sink, not for simple request of coffee or tea. Hence, overall experience is less than satisfactory and NO, we would not recommend it to our friends or family members not to ANYONE WHO LIKES TO SHOWER....

Easy to use shower and sink soap dispensers. Nice kitchen amenities. Clean & comfortable beds. Very quiet area. Nice views. Quick drive to the west Yellowstone gate entrance. Easy access to vehicle. Worth booking again!

The owner was wonderful very polite kind and helpful. Wonderful location and beautiful view of mountains and lake. The cabins were perfect!!!! I will stay here again!!!!

Beautiful location, clean and lovely looking room, and great price compared to other stays in the area. Easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and modern. Nice cabin feel!

Our room could have used a small table, there were just a couple of chairs, wish we had someplace to sit to eat, wi-fi is spotty but this is absolutely understandable given the rural location, it worked well enough to do basic functions like sending emails, checking social media, etc... but other than that it was a great experience!
