Friendly staff. Close to resturants easy check in good value

Breakfast apple juice was empty, had breakfast bars and few clementines still in the grocery bad. Looked thrown together.

Place was dirty, with construction dust. Was given the wrong room. The was a fight outside the door with a scattered tablet littering the hall.

Breakfast was not good and it was very simple.

It was a decent stay for the cost. Location was close to some restaurants and a Walmart. Staff was professional and the hotel was very comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy but it served the purpose.

No frills just really basic.

hotel was under construction which it definitely needs but that should be known b4 making reservations. room had holes in tables ,dresser,& cigarette holes in the blankets,lock on the door was hanging off not secure at all.

Good location off I-95, next door was a good Mexican restaurant, the room was clean. Price was good.

Renovating the floor we were on--not good, dirty hallway clutured with mattresses and railings. Breakfast was very meager compared with similar motels. Seems like they could renovate one floor at a time and not put guests on floors being renovated. First room we wete given was a no smomi g room where previous guest had smoked. Manager moved us to an acceptable room and was pleasant about it.

The lack of professionalism, treated like trash on the street while others where spoken to like royalty even when it was the hotel’s error. Not in a hurry to fix issue rather expect me to do it and when i did no apology let alone offer a discount or extra stay being I was a returning customer in good standing further more gave my personal information to a person they didn’t have permission to or authorization without requiring any documentation or have any identity verification process to adhere to.

The shower had a glass door and the a/c unit did not stink which is a bonus. Also there was a nice armoire in place of a closet. The mini fridge was larger than most.

There was mold on the walls of the room. The shower had black mold inside and in the bathroom in various places. Some of the bedding smelled of sweat and there were hairs all over.

Best value for money in Richmond area; clean, comfortable, very quiet HVAC, decent breakfast

Easy access to rt 95.

the hotel property was nice and conveniently located to 95. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the staff at front desk was ver nice and welcoming.

I am not handicapped But I was given a handicap room. the shower did not have a tub, it was a walk-in large stall. the problem was the bench, it was disgusting, and it was falling apart and rusting and I guess when it gets wet it leaks rust on the floor. there was stains which at first looked like blood all over the tub when I first walked in. I couldn’t make myself stand in the shower, I just stuck my head in and washed my hair.

Very nice area close to stores and restaurants. The room was beautiful, and the bed was amazing!

Very clean place, continental breakfast nice, good value for the money and close to the main roads.

Room was decent and clean.

The bathroom had a very foul smell. Maybe a plumbing issue.
