Top Hotel. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man das nördliche Manhattan erkunden möchte. Das Frühstück ist wirklich auch sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der hoteleigene TaxiService auch sehr gut - und ist preislich vergleichbar mit den üblichen UBER / Taxi-Preisen - klare Empfehlung.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Rooms are a bit small but it's normal for NYC. Breakfast could be improved, better variety is needed . Water should be provided by the cleaners daily -I know that is the issue (policy?) with moist courtyard by Marriott - we had to ask everyday for water at the reception.

Other than the breakfast being limited with options, I’d say it was very good. Times Square was a comfortable 5-10 minute walk and we rarely had to drive to get anywhere. Staff was very nice and welcoming, not just the receptionist but also whoever you met, whether it was the cleaners or the ones checking you during breakfast. I would definitely recommend getting the corner room when staying here because the view was to die for. Exactly what I’d expect with “city view”.

Our room was supposed to be soundproof but we could hear whenever someone was walking in the hallway outside our door, which probably meant they would’ve been able to hear us if we talked loudly 😅.

Everything was perfect.. The staff was very polite and willing to help and meet all of our needs. The room was comfortable and the location great.

Great location, lovely room, beautiful view ( we had two rooms, one was a corner room) and some nice staff.

Breakfast on some mornings was mayhem and stressful. Supplies ran low at times limiting choice. On one morning when Errol was off the breakfast area was dirty and some people walked out. Gym equipment was limited and can be improved upon.

Excellent location, breakfast included in room rate, clean comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay again on our next trip

At check in (it was midnight) we were just handed our keys...no explanation of when breakfast was, where etc...hence we missed breakfast the first morning
