The bed was comfortable and staff was very polite.

Room was all around muggy, ac blew but didn't make a difference. Fan in the bathroom worked once and then stopped. The shower squeeked so bad and felt like it was about to crack. Toilet was not stable and toilet paper was rough. Carpet looked like it needed a good vacuum. Breakfast was below average. Pancakes, yogurt, some prepackaged muffins, microwaveable sausage and biscuit mini sandwiches, and burritos. People were constantly up and down all night. Lots of noise. Parking was eh.

no shampoo breakfast location by the front door so the automatic door was constantly opening allowing the cold air to fill the room every time someone got breakfast room sink drain wouldn’t drain so I pulled the stopper to find it full of black mold.

The pool and spa was closed.The blow dryer in the room kept tripping the circuit breaker or going off. the bathtub spout is loosened from the wall. The coffee pot hadn't been washed in a long time. There was only one small bar of soap in the soap holder in the tub. None in the sink. The drain in the tub was slow as was the toilet. bathroom floor not very clean.

convenience and initial impression in the lobby was excellent. The front staff was welcoming and efficient.

The mirror and sink faucet were dirty and streaked. I cleaned them. Also there was something spattered on the bathroom side of the bathroom door and on the floor. The room door only shut with a significant push (or pull). the bottom bed sheet was torn, too much heat but we turned that down, and not enough covers on the bed and no extra blanket(s) in the room. I took my dog out for her walk and there was dog running loose which alarmed me and my dog only later to find out that the loose dog belonged to the facility owners.

It smelled, it was outdated, it was ghetto.

The location wasn't too far from anything in town. The front desk staff were friendly and did their job well. The hotel is working on keeping up to date, especially in the front lobby and their hot breakfast.

Housekeeping never came to my room, even though I asked for a towel and trash service on check in. Also, the coffee maker in the room was broken. The front desk informed housekeeping, but it wasn't taken care of since no one ever came to the room. While not a deal breaker, I don't feel this nor the quality of the room justified the higher price per night compared to other hotels in the area. It was cheaper than the next door hotel, but that building is newer and far more up to date.

Your front desk gal was amazing! Beds were comfy and the pillows were like clouds. The room didn't smell, the hallways didn't smell. Towels and linens were clean, no stains. Locks worked! I had had a problem in Kansas with a door that I couldn't secure. Didn't hear any doors slamming.

The bathroom floor was dirty, hair in the tub and dead flies on the floor. Rusted parts of the bathroom. Loud, I could hear someone's ring tone at 4am and could hear the people staying next to us talking. Bad lighting in the parking lot, didn't seem safe for me as a small female. Having a pancake maker in your reception area shouldn't be called breakfast.

when we got into room the heater did not work blowing cold air. went and told the girl in front desk! she came in room and also attempted to set and as well throwing cold air. at that point I asked her for blankets. for the price I paid I was dissatisfied. the pool was also closed that wasn’t on the website.

I loved the town with all it's beauty.

The room was way over priced, the bed felt like a futon or a pull out couch bed. For 150.00 a night it was not worth the money.
