Has a good location.

Very old furniture in the room, towels were harsh/old and very small. The place looks in serious need of a renovation and upgrade. Definitely not what I expected for the price.

you have to mess with the shower for hot water . no ice machine available. thin sheets. not enough towels to ‘body dry’. 60$ deposit which they rather have cash than cars. parking was ok.

Manny at the front desk provided exceptional service and made accommodations for my stay. The rooms were very clean and overall I would recommend it for its value and experience.

I liked that it was next to beach access 11. and that it’s pet friendly.

That the people that was right next door of us was up alll night till after 3:30am in the morning partying we wasn’t able to sleep at all.

Being woken by staff & a guest who were yelling just outside our door at 6am on our final morning there. Housekeepings lack of announcing their selves when coming in to clean.

everything was old and everything was dirty. nothing like the pictures posted. worst hotel at the beach. was supposed to be for a getaway but my wife and I couldn’t resist the dirtiness.

Bed was ok, location good and the front desk people were very nice

The room smelled musty, the water was cold so no shower, the shower would not work because knob was broken to allow it to switch from tub to shower

The online reviews were very misleading. The hotel and rooms were rundown and had a moldy smell. I was upcharged more by the hotel on check-in.

Staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean, and the location is excellent!

the parking is a little rough at a steep incline, low riding cars should be cautious.

The location is of value and proximity to the beach and reasonable restaurants. A first floor room was helpful for our service dog.

The property and rooms have a well-used, run-down look. This is really a motel, not a hotel, nor an Inn, where one parks their car in front of the room, and is circa 1970s design. The washroom was not great; a bit dirty and gritty. The walls are thin, as is the sheets, and well worn towels. I was charged over $200/night which is an over payment with poorer quality rooms. Also, breakfast is not included with the room. I would avoid this motel.

Very clean room. Desk personnel super attentive and courteous.

One table chair was broken. Glad baby sat on it and not me, if not, I could have gone down to the floor.
