Breakfast was all right. We were very disappointed when a teenager sport team was put on our honors floor and were very loud and rowdy...parental supervision???

Pleasant hotel, helpful staff and plenty of space in the room.

Lovely large room, comfortable bed and good linen. Reception and check-in straightforward and very quick. Room was quiet and well-cleaned on arrival and extra towels were available.

Breakfast rather too heavy on carbohydrates. No ordinary electric socket near desk. Room was only serviced once during the 3 nights' stay.

Beds were very comfortable! The whole place was very nice and clean., Breakfast was included. Parking was often tight or full.

Everything was very clean and well kept. Easy convenient check in/out and convenient location. Very happy with our stay! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our go-to hotel in the Portland area

Very clean and quiet in a mellow “business park” area. Lovely staff. We will stay here every time we visit friends and family. Highly recommend.

The property was crisp so it’s hard to be critical. Only room for improvement? The pool could use a cleaning. Some people might be unimpressed with the parking fee.

Payed for my stay in full and then apan checking in we were charged another $40 fee for some reason.

Bed was nice

It was Not very easy to find the entrance or where guest parking was. Staff was dressed a little too casual for my liking and they weren’t very friendly.

I had to have emergency surgery I called two days before are stay and they would not refund me okay I’ll pay for one night but I still have not got refunded for the second night staff was not very nice

It was a good place to stay for us. Near all the fields we needed to be at for baseball games and track meets. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was fine.

The breakfast buffet didn't have anything fresh, and the eggs were awful. But the rest of the food was pretty good.

Was surprised by an additional 15% lodging tax that was not disclosed when reservation was made.

Good continental breakfast. Omelets made the difference!

Many hoops requested to sign on to wifi. Simplify the access to wifi. Improve the breakfast seating area.

Great stop outside Portland on the way to Tillamook

They had a microwave in the lobby for guests to use. That was super helpful since no microwave in the room. During breakfast they put it away. The staff person helped me heat up some special tea for my 89 year old mom.

already paying raised money for your rooms, and now have to pay to park too! are you freaking kidding me! that should be included as it always has been!!

Totally unsatisfied

We asked for our room, to be cleaned. After a long day, being gone at the ocean. Our room wasn't cleaned. The poor nightie gal, had nothing to do with it. We were handed sheets,and told " we could change our sheets" For the price we paid, we shouldn't have been made to changed " our sheets on vacation"
