Localização e limpeza , ao lado do central park 1,5km da Times Square , próximo a Columbus Circle station , fiz muita coisa a pé.. vale a pena o custo benefício.

La ubicación es lo mejor, estás a pasos del Central Park y del metro para ir a otros lugares.

La forma en la que se relacionaban los recepcionistas con uno. Eran duros al hablar, te regañaban por no seguir indicaciones [que nunca nos explicaron] llegaban al punto de ser groseros e indiferentes.

La seule chose que j'ai appréciée, c'est la présence de distributeurs automatiques de boissons et encore, ils ne sont pas toujours fonctionnels.

Tout a été mauvais dans cet hôtel, à commencer par la chambre, encore faut-il pouvoir l'appeler ainsi car, en effet, on est plus proche d'une cellule de prison que d'une chambre. Le lit a été le pire dans lequel je n'ai jamais dormi, entre le matelas de mauvaise qualité et le lit de confection plus que douteuse, mes nuits ont vraiment été longues. Outre le matériel, le vrai problème de cet hôtel est le personnel, plus occupé à regarder des vidéos sur leur portable qu'à aider la clientèle (je parle notamment de la personne présente à 22h00 le jeudi 18 janvier 2024). Cette personne a été plus que désagréable et n'a pas voulu appeler quelqu'un pour m'aider. De plus, j'ai eu un problème avec le distributeur automatique, et quand je me suis tourné vers quelqu'un pour demander de l'aide, ils m'ont regardé avec mépris et m'ont dit d'écrire un email. Ce fut le pire hôtel que j'ai fréquenté de ma vie.

Only the location, close to Central Park.

We booked a twin room and it was very dirty and uncomfortable. The wifi did not work in the room, the heater did not work very well. There was no bulb on the lamp and the TV did not work. To much light in the morning, the bathrooms were so dirty and also uncomfortable.

Schlimmer geht es nicht ! So eine absteige habe ich im Leben noch nie gesehen …. Dreckiger Boden, Betten die zusammen fallen , Fenster die man nicht schließen kann , Klos und Duschen mit durchsichtigen Vorhängen ! Was will man mehr ?…. Definitiv für Europäischen Verhältnissen keinen Cent wert.

Alles ? Doppelbetten die auseinander fallen , Zimmer Türen wie in einem Knast …. Toiletten sichtbar für jeden auf dem Flur.

Le bruit des autres pensionnaires dans le couloir ou TV trop forte dans chambres à côté ( aucune isolation phonique) La TV qui ne fonctionnait pas ( piles dans télécommande ?) Lit qui grince Oreiller très et trop mou ( douleurs cervicales) Dommage : même pas un micro ondes dans salle accueil du rez de chaussée pour se réchauffer un plat…

Excellent location, very safe and that's appreciated in New York. Very good building security system. Very polite staff, not annoying. You don't hear much traffic noise even at the weekends, you can sleep.

The showers are very bad, you can see the naked bodies through the doors, there is zero privacy. The bathrooms are always dirty but because many people use them per floor and it is only cleaned once a day, the guests are also dirty that is another factor. There are cockroaches all the time in the room, it's New York but there's old dirt in the corners of the room, that doesn't help either. They have as guests exchange students who are children screaming and circling around the corridors without any control. Be ready for that

Camas extremamente barulhentas, nenhuma tomada funcionava, banheiros sujos e com vaso/portas quebrados. Mandei mensagem para a acomodação antes do meu check in e nunca me responderam.

Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones chicas pero funcionales para el tipo de viaje donde no estás todo el tiempo en el hotel. Dispenser de agua en PB al fondo. Zona tranquila. Poco ruido.

El personal de check in y recepción no habla español (dice la descripción que si). El personal de recepción de la noche puntualmente muy poco cordiales. Pero nada importante que impida hospedarse

La ubicación es excelente, la limpieza me pareció muy buena, siempre estaban las chicas de limpieza en el pasillo repasando los baños y muy predispuestas a responder cualquier pedido (cambio de toallas, limpieza de habitación, jabón).

Almohadas y colchones deberían cambiar. Se sentían los resortes y las camas individuales hacen mucho ruido. Las personas que están en la atención deberían ser un poco más amables. Las únicas que tenían buena onda eran las personas de limpieza.

Great location, right near the park. Starbucks, CVS, restaurants, bars and 59th St/Columbus Circle subway very close walk away. Times Square was about a 20 min walk. Air conditioning in each room was great, and windows that open for fresh air.

If you are concerned with privacy or easily embarrassed I probably wouldn’t stay here. Shower curtains were pretty much see through and the cubicles are tiny so very hard to get dressed in private. Only 3 toilets/3 showers for each gender per floor, and about 70 rooms of various sizes so can be really busy and lacking privacy at all times. Room was also not overly clean, some questionable smears on the wall and floors were very grimy, bathrooms also quite unclean (no shade to cleaners who we saw overnight it’s just a very busy hostel so they would have trouble keeping up). Bedding was clean, but pillows were plastic so a crunchy sleeping experience. Room was quite small, no room to sit or lounge in the room other than the bunk bed. Huge hostel, so lots of people means some long waits for the elevator. No cooking facilities, or common spaces at all. We witnessed some staff members (security) were quite rude to guests when signage or directions weren’t overly clear.

The showers were see through which made for a very uncomfortable experience. The sheets were not big enough for the beds which led to sleeping on the mattress

This is the perfect location if touring the Manhattan area. Right beside Central Park and a block from the subway. Access to the gym and pool is nice but we were to busy to use them.

It was a little noisy as the bathrooms are shared and people are constantly banging the door shut. Beds were fine for the price.
