Great breakfast spread, clean rooms, friendly staff, responsive customer service, well-priced.

The outdoor courtyard was fantastic! A lit of families enjoying and using this space. Our hostess at counter Liliana was wonderful, friendly and engaging! Very refreshing!

The waitress at the restaurant in the morning was very hospitable. I let her know I was eating my complimentary breakfast in my room and she prepared my drinks for my children and myself.

I asked for blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Had to call 4 times to see where the blankets and pillows were. Next the front desk said it was delivered. Had to call again and waited a total of over an hour. The house keeper stated she had delivered it to a young boy when my children were not old enough to open the doors. When checking out the front desk wanted me to pay and additional 212$ after my “authorization payment” was taken out at the time of check out. The front desk was speaking to me as if I was illiterate.
