Superb
Pretty good location, fairly easy walk to the village and the lifts. Beds were very comfortable, including the Murphy bed. We had 7 of us and did not feel cramped at all. Most of us had some slight altitude issues and it was wonderful to find the humidifiers in the closet, though not the greatest, they were a welcome help! The crock pot was also a wonderful thing to have! Fairly well stocked kitchen with lots of silverware as well as a lot of glasses and dishes. Great customer service from Pinnacle. Answered emails and phone questions immediately!
Oddly there were no potholders! Confusion about ski storage, with help from Pinnacle, we learned that the owner mistakenly took the keys to the ski storage home with them.

Good place to stay
The property was very clean, as soon as we walked in it felt cozy and homey. We had lots of beds to sleep in and many blankets for extra comfort. The bedrooms were a good size, both with TVs. The restrooms were also a good size and nicely stocked. We loved that it had a laundry in the apartment, that was a plus. The whole floor was very quite so they respect quite hours there. The underground garage is also a plus, no snow when you get out in the mornings.
One of the queen beds was a little too stiff. You could hear the springs when you would turn.

Definitely a positive experience -- a great unit for a family to rent for a stay in Breckenridge.
The location of this unit is fabulous. It's within easy walking distance to the chairlift and the end of one of the runs. We also walked daily to all the shops and to see the beautifully lit trees just blocks away. We loved the size of the unit -- the large open area on the bottom floor and the separate bedrooms upstairs. The parking garage was wonderful and we were able to park very close to the elevator and once you get off the elevator, the unit is right there. The laundry set is definitely an added bonus! One thing we did not know before we went was the grocery store in Breckenridge is actually very reasonably priced. We stocked up in Costco and Walmart in Frisco and did not need to do so. We could have bought everything in Breckenridge (and not bought way more groceries than we needed). We ate most of our meals in the condo so saved a lot of money doing that.
The biggest downside for us was the fireplace. We would much prefer it be gas. We tried several nights to get a fire started and don't know if the wood was too wet or what the issues were, but we were not successful. One other thing included being originally told we would pick up keys in Breckenridge and then after spending the night in Frisco and going to Breckenridge to check in, we found out the keys were actually in Frisco. (Luckily they are close.) Other small thing was lack of storage containers or ziploc baggies to store leftovers in and no griddle in the unit. (There is a crock pot, however, which came in very handy.) The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are a little weird. The master bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. The bedroom with the two beds has an attached bathroom. There is a bathroom down the hallway from the master that is shared by everyone. (Nothing listed would prevent us from renting this unit again -- we had a great time!)

Exceptional
Having two bedrooms with two baths is always good. We enjoyed the fireplace. Plenty of room in this two-story condo. Having underground parking was great since we had about 8 inches of snow. We could walk into town. Walk to the lift. Great location very nice condo
