The rooms were lux and well appointed. The staff were attentive. Housekeeping was top notch.

I arrived on foot in the rain and walked past the hotel MULTIPLE times because it is NOT well labeled from the street. I was a drowned rat by the time I noticed the black on black barely illuminated sign with doormen standing in front of it.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating

Way over priced room service. I paid $9 to get one measly slice of bacon added to a burger. I will never understand adding a delivery fee for in-room dining. And overall the food just was not good, especially for the price you pay. We tried multiple things just for the sake of convenience and it ended up being a huge waste of money

I felt very safe and security was excellent .. the pool was very nice and the gym .. the staff was very helpful and welcoming
