es un hotel relacional calidad precio muy bien , esta excelentemente ubicado , tiene servicio de playa , y gimnasio en el lowes hotel que esta enfrente , cerca de lincon road , te dan bicicletas gratis .
bueno el acceso es un poco complicado el loby esta en el 3 piso , luego de las 10 de la noche , debes tener tu llave para entrar , la pileta es básica

Ficamos muito insatisfeitos com as instalações desse hotel. Não condiz com os outros hotéis da rede Hyatt. Não vale o preço. Sem serviço de restaurante, camas e toalhas ruins.
Não gostei das instalações, quarto pequeno, banheiro sem privacidade, camas e lençóis de cama e banho de péssima qualidade.

The staff are really what made this hotel for me. I didn't get all of there names but the guy that looks after the bag storage area was great, so too was Lamara on the front desk. The domestic cleaners and the other lady on the front desk on Sunday evening was also great

rooms looked nice in photos but they are not clean . they will show u competitive rates but they will charge your credit card after u check out.The staff where nice when we checked in but after checkout i called the guy and he clearly stated that the resort fees and taxes are not included while paying them through booking and stated it’s better too book through them directly. it is just overpriced and more of a motel than a four star hotel. it was cheaper to book in Lowes which is far much better. I do not recommend this hotel.

Ming was very helpful showed us how to get around and his so friendly it was great interacting with him.
Alex was super helpful planned my surprise 50th with my husband attanged a lovely cake for me with the front desk teams help. Thanks Alex for everything!
My booking wasn't showing on their system even though I had confirmation and the first mights payment was already taken. Doreen and her manager were very friendly and helped get my reservation sorted out. It's a lovely hotel with great staff members and central to many areas.
The housekeeping was very slow even though I called everyday in advance for my room to be cleaned when we got to our room it wasn't clean and had to keep calling the front desk for faster assistance.

Text customer service there is wonderful
 I can tell that housekeeping it is not really clean. There are stains on my sheet . The sheet and pillows looked as if someone slept on it before I arrived.

From the doorman to the receptionist to the restaurant service staff, their service was excellent. Each knew how to handle a busy and frazzled customer in a friendly and professional manner, making my whole stay very pleasant. The icing on the cake was when my ride to the airport did not appear at 5:30am, Frantz at the reception was so helpful. He not only managed to get me on an Uber in time, he also communicated with the original ride company and gave me the email to contact to request for a refund. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel location was great and a short distance to walk to Ocean drive and the beach. The hotel partners with Lowe's hotel so you get a beach chair and towels included in your price.

location is ok. staff service was very good. Price was a little high . thank you Hyatt. We use a gift card as a part of our payment.. we left some jewelry in the security box ; we could recuperated all of them.

Nice location at the center of South Beach. Plus point for the private beach! The rooftop pool is kinda small but worthy visiting too.
The room was relatively smaller than the pictures, but considering the location and amenities it is acceptable.
