The bed was comfy and the rooms were clean.
I really enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff all around and quick to respond request and catered right away.
I would book this place again, when looking for a stay in El Paso.
Elevator's were not working properly it was kind of scary.
The valet workers were not very helpful when arrived, they made me feel a little lost in their process and seen a little unsettling. Over all a great place.

Limpio y cómodo.
Viajamos en grupo grande. Equipo de volleyball. Tenían Música hasta muy tarde. Muy alto volumen. No descanso absolutamente nadie. No lo recomiendo.

Location and valet service.
It was not even 0830 and the cleaning crew were already in the hallway making so much noise. I have stayed at quieter Motel 6s. I could not believe the amount of slamming and yelling across the hallway. When we checked out, you could hear cleaning crew’s conversation since it was on speaker. Guests do not pay to be woken up like that. I would not stay there again nor recommend this hotel because of the noise.

Nice pool, good staff
Had a dj until 1am and offered all guests earplugs on arrival because it was so loud.

The hotel was showing four hundred dollars but five hundred slices of me

Nice property with pool, bar, valet parking, and good area
There were a few things we didn’t like. At check in we asked for no valer parking and no one gave us instructions or suggestions of where we could park our car. The parking fee was $50 plus $13 valet parking PER DAY. We had to pay for them since there weren’t any other options. The second discrepancy was that we found a bottle of an empty gatorade near the bed. We had just gotten to the room and we didn’t have gatorades. We assumed that was from a previous stay or from the housekeepers. Lastly, the girls at the bar were not very friendly at one point. They had asked us if we wanted something to drink at first and we said “not right now” and they moved on to attend other guests. Time passed and we decided to ask for a drink and they asked us especially for an ID when they weren’t asking anybody else for an ID. I got out pf the pool and went to my room and grabbed my ID a d went down to the bar. I stand at the bar for a good 5 minutes until one of the girls said “if you want to order something to drink you can also ask one of us at pool” and I said “I did try and you asked for my ID” and she sent me over to other bartender and NOBODY checked the ID. I was disappointed, I felt like no one wanted to help me.

Loved the pool and Mamacitas restaurant

Wait staff at the pool and Circa bar were SO nice. Made our stay worth it!
Floors in my room were filthy. Pool area was not cleaned overnight and water was cloudy. However, the pool is nice. Brunch waiters at Mamacitas were rude about my prepayment for breakfast. Ignored me most of the time.

Good location, top quality restaurant and decent outside pool
Nothing to dislike

It's probably the best party hotel I have been to in my life. The staff are phenomenal. If I was rich, $1,000 in tips per member per night.
AC appears broken. Sweating bullets at night.

Facilities, decor, location, bar, terrace, parking, drinks...wonderfull. Loved my room, decor so representative of the El Paso -Juarez region. The Terrace area.. wonderful, the pool looked awesome. The hotel has alot of decor details I really loved. We went bar hopping downtown..everything was walkable distance. Breakfast at Mamacitas restaurant in ground floor. Very good.
I was next door to a group of male friends.. they parties and the noise came thru my rooms.. made it hard to sleep. To noisy

clean, quiet

good location, pool was nice, next to Elemi, good wifi
having to go through valet to park was annoying, the food at Mamacita was average, the shampoo and soaps could have been improved (something more natural and local)
8.0
well staffed, well maintained
Parking is scarce, kinda forced into valet.

valets attitude when asked to grab something from vehicle once it’s been parked

The room was actually really nice. I was on the 10th floor and I had no disturbances.
The pool and the bar are nice, but the music is way too loud.
One of the elevator was out of service during the whole stay (2,5 weeks)... Same for 2 gym equipment (the gym is already quite small)

The location was great, lots of good restaurants in walking distance.
It was too quiet at night for me to sleep.

The check In process was a nightmare as they couldn't find the reservation.
The guy clerk was pretty rude
There wasn't any hot water
One Elevator was down and we got stuck inside

The staff is nice and they will greet you as expected
Breakfast was poor. We didn't eat breakfast the first morning because of a 1hr wait even though the restaurant was only half full. Second day, even with our prepaid $25 breakfast fee we still had to pay extra because the voucher was somehow only $18. I could have gotten a free breakfast at most hotels without a 1hr wait.

the desk clerk and the man that took our vehicle was so awesome definitely give them a raise

The decorations where pretty.
First, the welcome from valet parking was very rude. Second, they provide a room where there was no mountain view as they promise in the reservation.
