Cleanliness

Since weather was so cold outside and AC on room was on, I couldn't turn it off at first, called the front desk, they told me how to turn it off.

Booking and CJ the manager at the hotel are informing me. I was promised a refund or credit for all the issues we had and no one has followed through. I’ve contacted both many times and no one helps.

we find that Marriott always has the best beds and pillows. So comfortable!

The restaurant was not very good. The lady was trying to do everything on her own and the food quality was terrible. Then on top of it it was expensive for nothing.

I booked a king they gave me a double bed and charged me more and they couldn’t help me because it was sold out.

that when we checked in with all of our stuff and left to get some food to come back to find out the battery for the room had died and they couldn’t get no one in the line to help us retrieve our stuff so we were stuck at the hotel unable to leave to our event and having to stay in the hotel and making us cancel our plans and reservations that I won’t be able to get my money back for
