The location of the flat is great. The flat itself is cute and fair size. Kitchen and bathroom are both good.

The fittings feel bit old and tired. Bed mattress can be better. The flat is really for two people who can sleep on the main bed. The the other two sofas are not very practical as one is in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen. Not really practical for 4 people.

I liked parking with remote garage, less than 5min walk to the beach, restaurants and lounges everywhere very convenient location.

The elevator wasn’t working and I was on the 3rd floor with lots of luggage, there were roaches/water bugs in the bathroom.

You see a price here and book your room. After that, you have to pay a $200 deposit to receive all the information to check in. The deposit should be back to your account in 10 days. It has been a month and nothing. The place is not what you see in the photos.

ancient furniture, uncomfortable mattress.. and very bad process when confirming the reservation, asking for card pictures in both sizes what is completely insecure for people.. is not as the pictures shows..

The actual location is good. The main bedroom was ok.

The entrance to the property was not appealing, broken floor tiles on the stairs as the lift was not working. The apartment should only be for one couple, it cannot occupy 3 adults. The decor generally was rough, especially the bathroom. The pictures selling the apartment are misleading. The sofa bed was virtually touching the front door.

I did like the location and the apartment. It had everything you needed as far as the amenities.

The property was clean but dated. My door was kind of raggedy.

Location

Checkin process. There was no promised clicker for garage gate in the room, and we could not park a car during few hours. Although the garage door could be opened using the code, the owning company was neither able to give us this informaton nor deliver the clicker till the end of our stay.

there were few cockroaches, the tv didn’t work, fire alarm kept going off.

No breakfast was available or mentioned provided to guests.

Beds, size of unit, housekeeping

The location was fabulous. Only one block from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rental company was wonderful. Called to check up on things and tried to resolve issues.

The pictures you see on the website are not an accurate portrayal of all the units. #36 that we stayed in was horrible. We ended up checking out after one night and staying at another hotel. Dust bunnies on the bedroom wall, kitchen fan light was broken, AC was not adequate (apt smelled like mildew), window shade looking outside was broken so people could look in, really outdated with peeling ceiling and chipped floor. Oddly enough, the TV kept randomly coming on every couple of hours even after we were turning it off.

Bed was too soft to make it uncomfortable.

Location was good.

Cleanliness. Maybe don’t leave the used sponge from the previous guests.

The bed was bad and tilted.(My back hurt) The air conditioner did not work,The water was running out. Everything in the bathroom was rusty (Corroded);the shelf,shower head.shower floor drain.( Risk of tetanus). The bathroom curtain was short,The water was moving, And in the shower process I dried the floor several times((
