During my short trip back to my hometown Maryland. The location was perfect for my cousins 50th birthday celebration. My Stay at the Marriott Courtyard began on Friday however, I flew in on Thursday from Atlanta. The property was decent for location and price point.

What I didn’t like about this property is I noticed when returning to ATL my laptop was stolen from book bag. When going through TSA I was advised not to take my electronics out my bag phone, laptop etc so with that being said I didn’t notice it was missing until I returned home. When I called to notify the property someone of the name Reggie claim to be a manager was very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, disrespectful and did give me no empathy to my situation. He cut me off as I tried to explain my feelings and concerns which I was devastated that something of that nature occurred. Therefore I asked for another manger. He took my name and number down and I waited 24 hours for a call back. When I called back Reggie was the same rude voice I heard so I asked immediately for a manger. A coincidence my cousin laptop was stolen as well… Guys if you plan to stay at Largo Marriott Courtyard don’t take anything with value. They have an inside job stealing guest belongings. They tried to come into one of my family members rooms assuming she wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t housekeeping. They would announce themselves. BEWARE!!!

Good location. First floor rooms. Fitness center was clean. Room was comfortable.

No free breakfast for the price of the stay.

My room was never cleaned. No change of towers, no microwave , swimming pool was not open

There was a couple of plumbing problems.

Cleanliness of the bathroom

The accomandations were great. Location was close stores and restaurants.

The location was perfect. We were in town for the Beyoncé concert and it was literally down the street. Clean hotel and staff was exceptional.

2 things about the room need to be addressed. Every time we took a shower the steam set off the smoke alarm. We notified the front desk and they are aware but say the alarms are set to very sensitive for safety reasons. Second thing, the light under the TV does NOT turn off with a switch. Very disturbing for sleep as I like a dark room. When we asked the front desk they just said unplug it. That seems dangerous and not something u would advise guests to do. Those were the only issues we had and even with those issues I would still stay again.
