Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville East Hurstbourne

Location was great, not near a busy highway. Our room with one king bed was extremely spacious. Had excellent amenities, most that we didn’t even use. Kitchenette was excellent. King size bed was very comfortable. Ample pillows. Small couch was comfortable enough. The roll away coffee table was perfect for having a meal at the couch and putting it away when done to open the floor space back up. Plenty of countertop space and places for bags without leaving them on the floor. Curtain for splitting the room into two separate sleeping areas is a thoughtful touch. We ended up not using the pull-out bed from the couch but we did open it, it seemed good enough. Bathroom was a good size and stocked with plenty of towels for our family of 3. The room had an exceptional amount of lighting options. Outlets were easy to locate and plentiful. TV worked well. WiFi was included at the hotel but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was excellent with several food options and coffee and other beverage choices. The seating area was clean and spacious although there could have been more tables. The staff was friendly although we had one slight issue. Upon check-in, we were given our room keys in a card envelope with a room number written on it. When we attempted to access our room, the key cards wouldn’t work. After several attempts, someone came to the door from the inside… we had been given an incorrect room number and were trying to access someone else’s room! Very embarrassing to say the least. When we went to the front desk, the staff quickly apologized and fixed the issue. We had never stayed at a Home2 Suites. We were highly impressed with the building, the room, and the amenities. We will look for this name when we go on our next trip and recommend to others!

Property is very well maintained and is located in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the interstate for access to many activities in town; also the airport.

Louisville, Ky location for the facility is not easily found via online travel map searches [google, waze]. No clear signs or marquee is easily seen to identify location is behind Hampton Inn

the staff were all polite and professional

The same breakfast was served for the four days i was there & I dont think my room was cleaned prior to my check in. I did not say any thing because i do understand how busy your staff is. But other than that all was good.

It smelled clean and looked clean. Local to the area.

The employees that I encountered while there were everything you did not want them to be. I had a horrible experience with the front desk and management
