Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arkadelphia - Caddo Valley by IHG

Location was great. Places to eat right across the street.

The toilet needed to be 2-3” higher, it felt like I was going to hit the floor when I set down on it.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful because actually reserved a room for the wrong date. I tried to use my phone for the reservation while the car was moving (i was not driving). Anyway, I put the wrong date in, and the hotel staff couldn't find our reservation when we arrived 2 days earlier than our reservation. But they did find a room for us on the desired night of Friday, August 7. I asked to cancel the Sunday night, August 9, request when they found it. And the hotel was fine with cancelling because we stayed there on friday night and paid the required fee.

Actually, the only thing I did not like is that booking .com was not cooperative about the room cancellation of Sunday night. "They wanted to charge us a cancel fee for Sunday inight even though we changed our reservation to "Friday evening instead. Booking.com has not been helpful about this, and I may not use them again. on our travels.

Good breakfast the ladies working the food area were very nice and doing an excellent job.

Convenient to my weekend.

Seemed old, needs updated. Carpet was torn in main hallway right off of the elevator. TV was small, had trouble with the remote/sensor. Way overpriced for what I got.
