The breakfast was great. I love that they had turkey options instead of just all pork. My room was very nice and had a nice sized kitchen. It was clean. And I love that they have an indoor pool for swimming all year. It was close to the highway so I could get where I needed to go fast.
I didn't like that the bar wasn't open on the weekends. That's when people want to drink. I also didn't like the loud sir conditioning unit. When you turned it up or down it was loud and disruptive.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. In particular, the front desk staff who assisted us upon arrival were extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and helped us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, the excellent location and attentive staff were definite highlights of our stay.
There was a fire drill while we were staying, and unfortunately, it kept happening throughout the afternoon. I was trying to rest and relax, but we repeatedly had to leave our room because of the alarms. The frequent interruptions were very disruptive and made it difficult to get any meaningful rest during our stay. I understand that fire drills are important for safety, but having them occur repeatedly throughout the afternoon significantly affected our experience.

Cleanliness of the room. One of the ladies at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.
The sofa was sunken in the middle, the toiletries -shampoo, conditioner and body wash - were too highly fragranced. It would be better to have unscented, especially for those sensitive to fragrances.
The gentleman at the front desk was grumpy and surly.
The bar was closed on the weekend, and they didn't offer decaf coffee on the weekend. VERY inconsiderate for those who CANNOT have caffeine.

Location to sports venue.
Cleanliness of room: dusty, hairs on vanity surface, trash not emptied. Staff not that friendly. Breakfast was busy and one attendant couldn't keep up. Need additional staff on weekend breakfast. Upholstery on sofa worn. Value vs. quality just not there.

"Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön groß mit vollständiger Küche. Es gab sogar Lappen und Spühlmittel zum abwaschen. Parken kostenlos möglich. Das Personal war freundlich."
