The toilets in rooms didn’t flush right

I didn’t like anything really. There wasn’t any room service to come clean our room during the stay

There was bugs in our room and the desk lady didn’t do anything . Made us pay for our “free” breakfast and the food was still nasty and had no flavor . The room didn’t have any hand soap. The room also had a weird smell.

although check in says 3:00. a line of us were there to get into our room and we had to wait till 4. It was very inconvenient.

Staff was friendly.

Room was not clean. Pool was not clean and clear. Grounds are not well kept.

Nothing stood out...

Coffee pot in room was broke...coffee in lobby in morning was luke warm...for the price a free continental breakfast should have been served...bathtub would flood when showering. Pub in lobby had bad tasting beer on tap.

The location was ideal , easy parking and indoor outdoor pool. Also a games room and a restaurant was located in the building . The beds we’re comfortable.

There was no complimentary breakfast included , with our reservation. A ‘coffee bar’ which comprised of three pots of disappointing Luke warm coffee .. the proprietors directed guests to purchase breakfast at their own cost in the restaurant within the hotel. Also the TV in our room was out of order as was another guests , who I heard complaining at the front desk . Upon calling the front desk I was informed that a maintenance man would arrive to fix the TV within 30 minutes. However , this was deliberate misinformation since I discovered from the front desk clerk in the morning that they have no maintenance man as of this time . The shower was a slow flow and at the highest temperature ran tepid . Overall poor value for the money considering other hotels in the area offer better value and amenities at the same rate .

The area was convenient.

We did not get a balcony room that I paid for and was told it was because of third party booking. The bed was not very comfortable and the shower head was very low pressure.

We were amazed at all the amenities, this hotel offered. The fee for our dog was much cheaper than other hotels.Food was good. Would stay there again.

The hotel is so outdated and kinda run down. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Great parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Breakfast was NOT included, umm hello!! At least a discount at the connected restaurant would be acceptable. Shower in some rooms was TERRIBLE. In others it was fine. My toilet in every room was not working properly and I had to open it up to get it to flush, or stop cycling water nonstop. Get a real maintenance person please!!! All three rooms I stayed in had flushing issues or would cycle water nonstop all night without my plumbing assistance.

The staff was very friendly

The pool and hot tub needed cleaned very badly. And the comforters didn’t seem like they had been washed in quite awhile.

Staff were friendly and the pool area was pretty. The bed was super comfy.

The rooms frig was very loud and the people next door were loud also.

I liked the room, quietness of the building, pools.

Building needs some remodeling
