The staff was it for me!!!! They would be the reason I would return.

The entire hotel had an unpleasant odor.

Location was fine but could hear trains running throughout the night . Breakfast was pretty good.

Hot tub wasn’t clean. Had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself.

No continental breakfast, but small restaurant in hotel was good with plenty of choices.

They did not freshen the room each day. I’m fine with not getting clean sheets, dusted or vacuumed, but needed trash emptied, clean towels and more bathroom and coffee cups.

Friendly staff made everything work the way we needed it to.

Comfortable beds and I like the restaurant inside by the lobby service was Good and food was good

Staff was all very friendly. We liked how quiet it was.

Our room was super dusty. It would take 5 seconds to run a rag over the dust. Having it dusty like that honestly just makes it look super dirty and gross. TVs are pretty small and not centered in between both beds making it hard for the furthest bed to watch tv together. Nasty white stains on the carpet. Not sure what that was but very gross. Beds and pillows were AWFUL. Very uncomfortable. Diner was also a waste of money as the food wasn’t even warm and the chili looked like it was a week old.
