RACKETEER & SHADY...

Not much

It's run like a racket, my grandson (4) & my daughter would come visit me couple times for couple hours ,I had to pay $10 each per visit just to walk In my room, also they wanted a cash deposit 😔 n top of my room rates. I also booked a queen smoking room and got a full size bed.p0.

Nothing at all

There was bed bugs and we had two family members meet us at our hotel and was not even there longer than five minutes and they charged us an extra ten dollars a person. There was also blood sprayed on the side of the wall

The bed squeaked horribly with the slightest movement, but was comfortable.

Rent to locals, but over priced and alot of illegal activities

They rent to locals

Terrible entrance/exit.. people next door screamed slammed things and fought all night and into the morning until 8am when I finally went over and said something to them.

Had a slight issue at check in because we travel with a service dog. Employee wanted to charge 10 per day for pet

Better than expected.

Excellent for the price. Only thing, could use a coffee pot or offer coffee to travelers. Room was clean but there were uncleaned marks on the door which was the only detraction. I would use them again if in Joplin again.

Doors needed to be cleaned off. Hand marks on the edges.

Price was right for the accomadations

Housekeeping were polite and friendly. Great access. Bed was comfortable.

The TV and its controls. Couldn't find regular channels so we just used our computer with an access cord.

Aside from the bad cleaning procedures, the location is good and the price is too

It is a great location for my needs. Price is good for a place that I use only to sleep and clean-up. I especially liked the fact that I was able to get a smoking room, few places still offer this option!

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, I found that the trash cans were not emptied, the ashtray still had the cigarettes I smoked.

A night in MO

I liked that it's a smaller motel. I was able to park in front of my room. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was very good. The location was farther into town, which helped with being quiet. The young woman who checked me in was very nice. It was a good spot for a night's stay.

The place needs some sprucing up in the room. The door was dirty with boot marks and the threshold needs repair. It was a smoking room, but that's on me because I assumed the entire motel was non-smoking. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, yet I survived. LOL

Very good

For a motel, it's good for the price! Most important to me was that it's clean. Good location too.

Could use free Wi-Fi, and unfortunately to me I didn't realize I accidentally picked a "smoking" room, so it obviously smelled. But it was my mistake not theirs.

Everything else, the room was swept but there were dirt stains everywhere.
