The hotel has lifts which was a bonus with our heavy luggage. Room was very generous size - our room had a bath & view of the very top of Empire state building. Location amazing - 2mins & you were on 5th Ave & Broadway right in the heart of midtown Manhattan. No breakfast included (paid option) but around the corner from a great Italian coffee shop Eataly - great coffee! Easy walk to subway.
Nothing really I didn't like - had family staying in another room, was a little difficult to navigate to get to their room. I guess I do like a venue which has breakfast included. But good coffee just around the corner.

Location is really good. Staff are very nice & professional. Rooms are quiet. Good choice.
You need to give them a days notice for cleaning. I would prefer they offer same day cleaning is requested by 9am.

well the location is perfect i would say, and it is easy to come up to the hotel from railway station, on the other hand room was to uncomfortable, air conditioner was so loud, no windows are opening at all, the bad was so bed, i think with this price it is toooooo much overpriced.
