Perfect closeness to beach.
Would have liked higher chairs on the balcony so I didn’t have to stand up to see the beach. Water pressure and hot water on the low end but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Love the area. It's very family friendly. The Marylander is nothing like a normal hotel. My family and I have been staying here once a year for the past 4 years and it's always a great time. It's close to the beach, a lot of restaurants, plenty of activities and it's on the perfect spot to walk to everything. It's maybe at most a 30 minute walk to the furthest ice cream place we like, meanwhile you can hit dinner, mini golf and ice cream before heading back.
The pullout sofa is not the comfiest, but it suits our family of 6 very well.

The closeness to the beach was perfect
The room itself was old and outdated with several things not working including the WiFi, some lamps , etc. the patio needed some updating as well… we had to turn off the ac to sit outside .
